I’ve pulled together what I call the Tetrad Foundation.
It is a set of four practices that can change your life: Mindset, Mindfulness, Appreciation, and Playfulness.
Mindset is how you see and interpret what happens in your life. It shapes the meaning you give to everything.
Mindfulness is your awareness of what you are feeling in the moment—without the story around it. It allows you to experience what is happening, sit with it, and let it move through you.
Appreciation is not about pretending that difficult things are good. It is a steady awareness of what is still working, still present, and still supporting you—even in the middle of challenge.
Playfulness brings lightness to everything else. It softens intensity, reduces pressure, and allows change to happen more naturally.
