Robin Joy is a life coach, speaker, and author who helps women change their relationship with food, weight, and body image by changing the way they think.

After years of struggling with dieting and the frustration of living the same patterns repeatedly, she realized that lasting change was not about willpower or control, but about understanding the thinking that drives behavior. That shift changed her own experience and became the foundation of her work.

Robin now teaches a mindset-based approach to weight that focuses on recognizing patterns, understanding cravings, and creating a more natural and sustainable relationship with food and self. Her work is designed to help individuals move out of cycles of guilt and frustration and into a place of clarity and choice.

She is the author of The Dawning of Your New Life and continues to develop programs that support real, lasting change.
